Daily News
“… few employers and employees appear to be aware of the content of the common law. Chris Todd writes in a clear, coherent manner, providing a good overview of many key areas of employment contracts. Despite the constraints of the introductory nature of the book he manages to capture the essence of important principles and explain them in sufficient detail…. It is highly recommended for use by students, employers, employees, trade unions, employers’ organisations and practitioners in the field of labour relations.”
